NOVEXAGEAR provides a storefront focused on vape accessories, replacement parts, rebuildable hardware, battery-related products, chargers, tanks, glass sections, panels, drip tips, adapters, connectors, tools, and other compatible components. These terms explain the practical conditions that apply when browsing products, placing orders, and using the support services available through the store.

Our goal is to keep product information clear enough for customers to compare specifications and make informed selections, especially where compatibility depends on device model, connection type, battery size, resistance, dimensions, or product generation.

Using the Storefront

The storefront is intended for legitimate product browsing, purchasing, and customer support. Users should not interfere with normal site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false transaction information, misuse checkout systems, or engage in activity intended to disrupt other customers or store services.

Terms such as 510, 810, Boro, RTA, RBA, AIO, 18350, 18650, or 21700 describe product formats or compatibility categories. They do not mean that every product carrying the same general label will fit every device in that category.

Batteries, Chargers, and Electrical Accessories

Rechargeable batteries and electrical accessories require careful handling. Customers are responsible for using compatible equipment and following manufacturer instructions relating to charging, storage, operating limits, and safe installation.

Do not use a battery or electrical component that shows signs of physical damage, torn insulation, deformation, leakage, overheating, or another condition that may affect safe use.

Battery wraps, insulators, chargers, and replacement battery-related parts should be installed or used only by customers who understand the relevant safety requirements.

Rebuildable Components

Wire, coils, wicking materials, rebuildable atomizer components, decks, tools, adapters, and similar products can require technical knowledge and appropriate equipment.

Customers should understand resistance, device limits, battery capability, installation, and maintenance before using rebuildable components. Product descriptions are intended to provide shopping information and are not a substitute for device-specific safety instructions.

Orders

Submitting an order creates a request to purchase the selected products. An order may still require review for payment confirmation, inventory availability, shipping feasibility, destination restrictions, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other practical fulfillment issues.

If an item becomes unavailable or cannot be shipped through an appropriate service, we may contact the customer to discuss the available options.

Order Accuracy

Pricing

Prices may change as product availability, supplier cost, promotions, or catalog updates change. The price shown at checkout is generally the price associated with the order at the time it is submitted, subject to correction where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

Customers placing international orders may also encounter currency-conversion charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, or other destination-related costs that are not controlled by NOVEXAGEAR.
